| 1. Confirmation of booking
1.1 Bookings will only be regarded as confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit and must be paid in full no less than 7 days after event.
1.2 Any changes to booking details must be made in writing and will be of no effect unless acknowledged in writing by Felix Ngonadi (from here on in named wildrabbitchef)
1.3 In the event that this agreement is accepted in the name of a company, partnership, agency, firm, club or similar society the person accepts represents to Client Catering crew GmbH that he/she has full authority to sign such a contract. In the event that he/she is not so authorised he/she will be personally liable for the complete performance of this contract.
2 Deposits, Pre-payments and the settlement of accounts
2.1 The customer shall be required to pay a deposit to wildrabbitchef for catering services and for private dinners credit card details are required With the full amount taken 14 days prior to the private dinner. The amount of deposit payable and the required date for receipt of the deposit are set out in the initial invoice stated at 30%.
2.2 In addition to any deposit set out below, for a function booked by an individual or representative of an organization without credit facilities, a pre-payment will be required at the time of booking equivalent to 50% of the booking price. The balance is due 14 days prior to the date of the function, and any outstanding charges must be settled on the day of the event.^
2.3 Any accounts left unpaid by individuals attending the event will become the responsibility of the function organiser for settlement. The interest is to be paid before, as well as after any judgement (such obligation to be an independent obligation which shall not merge on the judgement
2.4 In the event of unpaid bills, interest will be payable by the customer on all sums due calculated on a day to day basis rate equivalent to 4% per calendar month from the due date of payment until the date of actual payment. The interest is to be paid after, as well as before, any judgement (such obligation to be an independent obligation which shall not merge on the judgement).
2.5 In the event that the customer cancels a booking that wildrabbitchef has made on its behalf for video and entertainment equipment or otherwise any other third party will be met by the customer
2.6 Any queries concerning the accounts or complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the date stated on the invoice.
3 Final numbers
Final numbers for any function must be confirmed in writing at least 7 days prior to the function date, (Not applicable in this case) and will be considered to be the guaranteed minimum. In the event of the guaranteed minimum being exceeded wildrabbitchef will make every reasonable endeavour to provide service and accommodation for the increased numbers and will charge appropriately for providing this service but cannot be held responsible for failure to provide such accommodation or service.
4 Cancellation by wildrabbitchef
wildrabbitchef may cancel a booking, reservation of freelance contract without any liability being ncurredwhatsoever if; |
4.1 The customer becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation/ receivership
4.4 The customer is in breach of any of the terms of this agreement
5 Cancellation by the customer
5.1 All cancellations by the customer must be made in writing to wildrabbitchef and formally acknowledged.
5.2 In the event of a booking being cancelled for whatever reason the following changes will apply:
– Cancellation less that 36 before any function or booked date/s; 10% of overall fees. – Cancellation less than 36 days but not less than 21 days before function/booked date/s: 50% of booking price – Cancellation less than 21 days but not less than 14 days before the function/booked date/s: 90% of booking price – Cancellation less than 10 days before function/booked date/s: 100% of booking price.
6 Prices
6.1 The customer agrees to a minimum payment of £10500. This charge excludes VATand excludes service charge normally at 12.5%
6.2 All the prices are current at the time of going to print and are inclusive of VAT or other government taxes where appropriate (In relation to the following areas where wildrabbitchef trades: United Kingdom, Span and Germany. Wildrabbitchef reserves the right to amend prices to take into account any changes in the rate of VAT or other taxes. All food & beverage attract a 12.5% service charge. 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill for private diners
8 Loss or damage
8.1 wildrabbitchef will not be liable to the customer or any person claiming through the customer for any loss or damage caused by or arising from its failure to carry out any obligation under this agreement due to anything beyond the control or wildrabbitchef.
8.2 wildrabbitchef will not be responsible to the customer or any person, claiming through the customer, for any loss of business or profit, or any other consequential loss howsoever arising, including delay in or failure to carry out any of its obligations under this agreement.
8.3 The customer agrees to be responsible for and shall indemnify against all damages occasioned to the restaurant, the fixtures and fittings caused by any act, default or negligence of the customer or staff, agents or guests of the customer
8.4 wildrabbitchef herby exclude any liability to the customer resulting in any negligent act or omission of wildrabbitchef or of its agents or employees in connection with this agreement or otherwise, except that wildrabbitchef liability to the customer shall not be limited for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence or that of its agent or employees
8.5 wildrabbitchef shall not be held responsible for death or bodily injury arising from any cause whatsoever to:
– Person visiting the allocated space on behalf of or at the invitation of, or at the request of the customer, or – Person employed by the customer, whether such death or injury occurs within the allocated space or in any part of the allocated space set by the customer unless caused by the negligence of wildrabbitchef. Please note that we have all our Health and safety regulations up to date in all countries we trade in to enable safety in the kitchen spaces at all times.

9 Third parties
9.1 wildrabbitchef reserves the right to request the names of any photographer, toastmaster, band, musician or any other persons in connection with any function. In addition, wildrabbitchef reserves the right to acquire any and all marketing and pr content relating to the event or set of events at no charge.
9.2 It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that where applicable, Performing Right Society forms are completed by the band or musician employed by the customer. The customer will keep wildrabbitchef fully and effectually indemnified against the costs, expenses made against wildrabbitchef arising from any breach of copyright occurring during any function.
10 Conduct
10.1 The customer shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of any function and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breech of the law or in any way cause nuisance or be infringement of or render a possible forfeiture or endorsement of any licences for the sale of wine, beer, spirits, or for music and dancing or exhibitions in particular the customer shall ensure there is no illegal use of narcotics, vetting or gaming or staff consuming alcohol that they are not in a coherent position to function in their capacity as a representative of Concept catering crew GmbH
10.2 The customer and his servants or representatives agrees to recognize any by his act comply with the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (England & Wales) and Occupational Safety and Health ( Arbeitsschutzgesetz – ArbSchG (Germany) whilst on the on any site location that wildrabbitchef is sent to. In addition, ot must comply with all food and safety regulation that is current as of 2025.
12 Entire agreements
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer (Client Catering Crew GmbH and Wildrabbitchef) and no representation preceding the agreement nor any variation of the agreement shall be binding to wildrabbitchef unless such representation or variation is in writing, signed by an authorized person at wildrabbitchef 13 Non-Assignment
This agreement shall not be capable of assignment by the customer without the prior written consent of
wildrabbitchef are pleased to confirm the booked dates as outlined in the supporting Invoice (CCGCoooxxxxxx) details, subject to our standard and conditions printed above

Please note that these terms are protected and in line with Civil code (BGB) In Germany and Contract law, Consumers Right Act 2015 governed by England and Wales and will be enforced with the UK courts to resolve disputes, through its International courts in Holland for any areas of trade in Germany, Spain and on ocean locations which is governed and protected by UK Maritime Laws % The Territorial Sea Act 1987 which is now the international standard of regulations.
